We offer several training rates and packages so that you can choose the option that best suits your needs.
The more coaching you receive, the better your training will progress.

Learn to Lift
- Special introductory package to help you begin your training
- Two private training sessions with an experienced strength coach.
- Learn to squat, press, bench press, and deadlift
- Program construction and nutrition consultation (if desired)

Full Strength Workout
- One 90 minute private training session with an experienced strength coach
- Go through an entire novice program 3-lift workout: squat, press or bench, and deadlift
- Correct technique errors
- Programming and nutrition consultation (if desired).

Technique Session
- One 60 minute training session with an experienced strength coach
- Work on one to two lifts during the session
- Correct technique errors
- Programming and nutrition consultation (if desired).

Strength Classes

Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Sessions may be rescheduled with no penalty with 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in loss of that session.
No refunds will be given for purchased training. We will make all reasonable efforts to work with you to ensure that you receive the coaching for which you have paid.
