Solo Training Packages
1x/wk Training
4 Sessions

- Four full 90 minute workouts with your coach (once a week)
- Squat, press or bench, and pull (deadlift, power clean, or other pulling movement) each session
- Programming and nutritional consultation as needed
- Savings of 11% / $90 over normal single session price
2x/wk Training
8 sessions
$1,110
- Eight full 90 minute workouts with your coach (twice weekly)
- Squat, press or bench, and pull (deadlift, power clean, or other pulling movement) each session
- Programming and nutritional consultation as needed
- Savings of 16% / $210 over normal single session price
3x/wk Training
12 Sessions
$1,500
- Twelve full 90 minute workouts with your coach
- Squat, press or bench, and pull (deadlift, power clean, or other pulling movement) each session
- Programming and nutritional consultation as needed
- Savings of 22% / $480 over normal single session price
Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Sessions may be rescheduled with no penalty with 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in loss of that session.
No refunds will be given for purchased training. We will make all reasonable efforts to work with you to ensure that you receive the coaching for which you have paid.
